Turn cooking mode on
Make the Tuna Salad
1.
Finely dice pickles and parsley
2.
Thinly slice green onions
3.
In a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, pickles, green onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Assemble the Sandwiches
1.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2.
Place two slices butter-side down on a clean surface and spoon tuna salad evenly over bread.
3.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese (cheddar + pepper jack).
Cook the Tuna Melt
1.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Grill sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
Serve Hot
